Position Summary | The Assistant Football Coach-Tight Ends is responsible for all phases of the development of a competitive tight ends game. Specifically, position will assist in identifying, evaluating, and recruiting student-athletes. The Assistant Football Coach-Tight Ends reports to the Head Football Coach. |

Required Education | Bachelor’s Degree. |
Required Work Experience | Three (3) to five (5) years of football coaching experience at the collegiate or professional level. |
Preferred Qualifications | Five years of D1 or NFL experience in coaching secondary positions. |
Required Certifications, Licenses or Registrations | Must have a valid driver license, driving record that is insurable by UIW insurance carrier, and be at least 21 years of age, as required to drive for UIW. |
Work Hours | Typical Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm with flexibility to include extended hours as needed to meet practice and game schedule. |
Physical Demands | Typical for coach in this sport with this concentration. |
