Position Summary
Monmouth University is seeking applications for a Senior Associate Athletics Director for Administration within the Athletics department.

The candidate would be expected to: be responsible for oversight of comprehensive academic support program for student athletes; act as a liaison with appropriate University departments, i.e, Financial Aid, Undergraduate Admission, Counseling and Psychological Services, Department of Disability Services and the Campus Intervention Team; sport supervision; etc.

Duty
Serve as member of the Director of Athletics senior leadership team. Responsible for assistance with internal policy development, procedures and strategic planning.

Assists the Athletic Director in ensuring that all applicable laws and regulations relating to athletics are applied, including Title IX and other federal and state laws and regulations

Serve in the Director of Athletics’ absence for any meetings and/or events.

Sport oversight: provide leadership, guidance and direction for both team and individual goal setting; conduct coaches’ evaluations, oversight of budget management for selected sports teams, etc.
