Position Summary Information
Primary Purpose | Under the general direction of the Director of Student-Athlete Development, the Coordinator of Student-Athlete Development will support, guide, and promote student-athlete development while promoting an environment of academic excellence and fostering student success and retention. This individual will develop and implement life skills programming, provide academic counseling, monitor academic progress toward degree graduation and NCAA eligibility, provide guidance to support academic success and connect student-athletes to campus resources. |

Work Environment/Work Week/Travel: Work is primarily performed in a standard office and classroom environment with use of computer and phone, occasionally performed in sports facilities. Work performed during standard business hours as well as frequent nights and weekends. Limited travel required. |
Hiring Range | $20.35 - $26.96 per hour. We consider factors such as, but not limited to, scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s qualifications, internal equity, as well as market and organizational considerations when extending an offer. |
