Position Summary Information
Primary Purpose | The Assistant Director of Athletics for Marketing and Fan Engagement is responsible for the oversight and management of the department’s marketing, promotions, and branding through creative development and execution of marketing materials and collaboration in promotional activities or campaigns. The position serves as a member of the department’s external team to maximize opportunity for revenue generation. |

Occasional climbing stairs, walking across campus, stooping and reaching. May be required to lift/carry up to 25 lbs. Work Environment/Work Week/Travel: Work performed both in office and various athletic venues. Work required during non-regular business hours including evenings and weekends. Requires some out-of-town travel to conference competitions and events. Valid driver’s license required. Incumbent must also be able to meet the University’s fleet rules and be eligible to drive for University business. The University and its insurance carrier reserves the right to exclude applicants based on their driving record. |
Hiring Range | $68,640.00 - $83,799.30 per year. We consider factors such as, but not limited to, scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s qualifications, internal equity, as well as market and organizational considerations when extending an offer. |
