Position Summary Information
Primary Purpose | The Assistant Coach & Video Coordinator of Women’s Basketball will be responsible for assisting players with personal growth off the court and basketball skill development on the court, by supporting the analysis, development, and success of the Women’s Basketball team. Through the use of video technology, this position will complete the filming of all Women’s Basketball games and practices, and use that video to design, implement, and evaluate developmental goals for the team and its players. This position will use analytics and software to determine player and team efficiencies and development goals to improve performance. This is a one (1) year renewable position. |

Requires flexibility in schedule to meet recruiting, game, and event schedules. Extensive travel is required both nationally and internationally. Valid driver’s license required. Incumbent must also be able to meet the University’s fleet rules and be eligible to drive for University business. The University and its insurance carrier reserves the right to exclude applicants based on their driving record. |
Hiring Range | $68,640.00 per year. We consider factors such as, but not limited to, scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s qualifications, internal equity, as well as market and organizational considerations when extending an offer. |
