Duties/Responsibilities

Duties/Responsibilities

Manage day to day maintenance and upkeep of all football facilities

Facilitate and coordinate facility and football operations

Provide schedules for football facilities as it pertains to team usage

Monitor facility needs during various summer camps and clinics

Provide tours of facilities that come from Athletic Administration, Campus, etc

Provide athletic event support to all tasked events throughout athletics

Manage and facilitate setup/breakdown for events in football facilities

Athletic support to campus events held in athletic facilities

Coordinate and manage logistics for select projects and events (i.e. football recruiting, banquets, etc.)

Minimum Qualifications
Position Summary
Coordinate facilities and provide support for all facility operations with an emphasis on football facilities. Coordinate and provide event support in all football facilities as well as in other facilities where needed. Provide assistance to the Associate Director of Facilities as well as the Associate Athletic Director for Facilities and Capital Projects.
Relevant/Preferred Education, Experience, Licensure, Certification in Position
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Competencies
Ability to read and write business correspondence and to communicate proficiently with individuals within and outside the University by telephone and email. This position involves knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, good organizational skills, and ability to interact with individuals at all levels.

Stand and walk. Sit and talk or hear. Occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. Close and distance vision, and peripheral vision. Driving.
