Primary Purpose of Department

Primary Purpose of Position
Design and implement strength and conditioning programs for women’s basketball and women’s tennis.
Summary of Position Responsibilities
This position will work with an assigned sport on a daily basis throughout the year. Responsibilities include all aspects of strength and conditioning/player development, data analytics, as well as, related duties facilitated by the Director of Sports Performance for Olympic Sports and the Athletic Director.


Minimum Education/Experience
Undergraduate degree and previous playing/coaching experience
Preferred Education, Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Master in exercise physiology or related field (working outward or completed).
Necessary Certifications/Licenses
Must be CSCS certified.
