Head Women's Basketball Coach

Summary: 

Reports to the Head Women’s Basketball Coach and Director of Athletics. This position assists with all aspects of the NCAA Division II women’s basketball program, including coaching, recruiting, operations, and student-athlete development. 

The Assistant Coach is responsible for adhering to NCAA and RMAC rules and regulations and representing MSU Denver in a professional manner consistent with the program’s philosophy and departmental core values. 

 

Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Coaching (40%) – Assist the Head Coach with practices, games, and player development  

  • Recruiting (20%) – Support recruiting efforts and assist the Recruiting Coordinator  

  • Scheduling (10%) – Assist with team scheduling logistics
