Game Day Responsibilities (at the athletic venue):
On game day, the Raffle Operations Manager will set up 50/50 selling devices, kiosks, and volunteer items prior to the seller’s arrival. This role will oversee sellers during game day by providing instruction before selling, delegating sellers’ locations throughout the game, and troubleshooting if issues arise. Following events, the Raffle Manager will recollect selling devices, ensuring all digital tickets are accounted for. Additional accounting procedures may be needed for specific athletic events.
Post-Game Responsibilities (In Office/Remote):
Post Raffle, the Raffle Manager will compile all necessary documentation for raffle accounting purposes and work collaboratively with the Athletic Department business office to ensure all necessary documentation is collected and organized.
