| Position Summary |
University of Georgia, a Division I member of the Southeastern Conference is currently seeking applications for the position of Academic Services Intern. The position is an 11-month appointment beginning in July 2024 and ending in May 2025. Driving as needed to perform job duties.

| · Ability to read and write business correspondence and to communicate proficiently with individuals within and outside the University by telephone and email.
· Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
· Excellent written and oral communication skills
· Skilled in organizing and coordinating meetings
· Adept at creating and overseeing program management documents, and the ability to interact with a diverse population of student-athletes and staff
· Computer experience in Microsoft Office, G Suite, and database knowledge is also highly recommended.
· Strongly interested in pursuing a career in Intercollegiate Athletics.

Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree or progress towards a Master’s degree preferred in Education, Higher Education, Psychology, Sport Management, or a related field.
Additional preferred qualifications:
Experience in collegiate athletics academic support, higher education, teaching, or related field
Familiarity with NCAA rules and regulations
