| Position Summary |
The Graduate Assistant’s duties will be more specifically at the discretion of their supervisor. The Graduate Assistant should be effective at the following skills:
• Aid upper management in daily tasks
• Carry out administrative duties such as typing, filing, scanning, etc.
• Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
• Assist in preparation of events and meetings
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Communicate effectively with both senior and junior staff (email, call, etc.)
• Work in close liaison with different parts of the Athletic Association
• Display flexibility and adaptable to change
• Have a positive attitude and excellent work ethic
• Evening shift
• Mandatory staff meetings
