Serve as direct report to the Assistant Director -Athletic Business Operations and performs job duties with minimal supervision. Oversee and manage the daily processes of the Purchasing Card Program for Athletics 17 NCAA Division-1 sports and athletic support departments. Includes maintaining/updating processes to ensure all transactions are completed on a monthly basis; transactions are compliant with university and NCAA rules and regulations; fraud monitoring; provide training for new and existing athletic P-card holders. Responsible for reconciliation of all ticket office revenues to both single and season tickets for football, men's basketball, women's basketball, and baseball as well as various other athletic and university events held at athletic venues (such as student concerts, conference tournaments, etc.). Responsible reconciling the NCAA Opportunity Fund, including making adjusting entries as needed and working with Athletic Compliance on all discrepancies. Perform other related duties or special projects as assigned. Required to work occasional nights and weekends for home football games and special events as assigned.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business
Four (4) years of full time in a progressively responsible accounting position. NOTE: Master’s degree in Accounting or CPA license and two (2) years of accounting experience may be considered in lieu of four (4) accounting work experience
