Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm, Weekend and evening hours required for recruiting purposes

Primary Purpose of Position

Assist the Director of Football Operations with overseeing the daily operations of a Division I

FBS

football program. Assist the Recruiting Coordinator with all on campus recruiting events and evaluations, working with position coaches on the recruiting process. Serve as Pro Liaison.

Minimum Education/Experience

Required Minimum Qualifications:

Graduation from high school and one year of related office experience; or an equivalent combination of education

and experience.

University Preferred Qualifications:

Graduation from high school and demonstrated knowledge, skills, and abilities gained through three years of specialized office experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Essential Job Duties

Assist the Head Football Coach, Recruiting Coordinator and Director of Football Operations with overseeing the daily operation of the recruiting processes within the University of North Carolina Charlotte Football Program. Serve as Pro Liaison.

Other Work Responsibilities

Departmental Preferred Experience, Skills, Training/Education

Previous experience working in an intercollegiate football program preferably at the

FBS

level.
