Provides administrative support to Baseball, Beach Volleyball, Soccer, Softball, and Volleyball along with other departmental units as assigned.
Manages Travel and Employee Reimbursements for assigned units by reviewing all travel documents and receipts for accuracy and to ensure that University and Departmental Procedures are being met.
Serve as Purchasing Card Reallocator for assigned sports and units. Reviewing and collecting receipts from cardholders while ensuring that proper P-Card protocols are being followed.
Manage occasional supply orders through the
USHOP
Purchasing System.
Assist with meeting & event set up, as well as other duties as assigned
Manages calendars for various Athletic meeting spaces
Serves as back-up for the south side front desk
Other Business Office duties as assigned

Associate degree in business or equivalency (one year of education can be substituted for two years of related work experience) and three years full-time secretarial experience required. Demonstrated human relations and effective written and verbal communication skills required. Knowledge of basic bookkeeping practices and direct supervisory experience preferred.
