Assists with the administrative functioning and office management of P.A.W. Journey, Clemson Football¿s (FB) Player Relations program. Assists with the planning and execution of initiatives and the creation and dissemination of internal and external communication. Hosts guest of P.A.W. Journey and football media, marketing, and other industries. Other duties as assigned.
40% - Essential - Assists with the organization and inventory of the office space, supplies, and gear, sends and picks up mail, takes minutes at meetings, creates prepares deliverables for team meetings, manages the P.A.W. Journey email. Tracks and aggregates date regarding attendance, participation, paperwork submission, etc. to present to P.A.W. Journey staff
40% - Essential - Assist P.A.W. Journey staff with set-up and clean-up, check-in, attendance, media, timekeeping, note-taking, etc. at all initiatives and meetings.
20% - Essential - Host P.A.W. Journey partners, pillars, and donors, as well as guests of football media, marketing, and other industries at initiatives and on gameday by conducting tours, connecting them to resources, providing credentials, gifts, etc.
Education - High School or Equivalent
Work Experience - relevant experience.
Education - Bachelor's Degree
Work Experience - Previous experience with Division I teams (operations, marketing, etc.); Coordination and administrative experience (internal or external to athletics).

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
No Supervisory Duties - Not responsible for supervising employees.
BUDGETARY RESPONSIBILITIES
No Budget Responsibilities - No fiscal responsibility for the department's budget.

$15/hour
Salary is dependent upon several factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's previous experience, knowledge, skills and performance in accordance with Clemson's compensation guidelines.
Normal Operations
Required to follow emergency facility closure directives, and not normally expected work on-site during emergency situations.
