Goshen College seeks an Administrative Assistant for the Athletic Department. Responsibilities include greeting constituents and answering questions about athletics, assisting with scheduling and contracts for competitions, managing emails and outreach to students and faculty, obtaining supplies for the office, updating webpages and ordering print pieces, managing vendors and invoices, assisting with projects for the athletic department, and offering support specifically to the Director of Athletics.
This is a 10-month appointment (42 weeks) at 10-15 hours per week that pays $13.70-$14.70 per hour.
