About the Role
The Administrative Coordinator provides a range of administrative and project support for Athletics and Recreation. The Coordinator is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the Athletics office, developing and implementing internal processes and procedures to ensure efficient operations for all units and maintaining office records and filing systems. The Coordinator works closely with the Executive Director, Athletics and Recreation to assist with projects and activities.
Qualifications
Diploma in Business Administration and three years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
