This individual will perform a variety of office support duties within our administrative department.

Acts as office receptionist: receives and routes telephone calls and visitors; provides and gathers information.
Ensures student and staff (i.e., Tutors, Strategists, Study Table Monitors) are utilizing tracking software and troubleshoots issues.
Operates standard office equipment such as personal computers, copiers, scanners, fax machines, etc.
Maintains inventory and orders office supplies, materials and equipment.
Monitors facility to identify any needs/concerns.
Creates and maintains records, files, documents, and images in the data system.
Calculates, posts, and verifies standard financial statements, reports and vouchers.
May perform other office support duties such as payroll processing, document processing, book program, scholarship and award program, and assisting with financial services.

Level I: High school diploma or equivalent.
Level II: High school diploma or equivalent plus 2 years of experience in clerical support services
Substitutions allowed for Experience:
Degrees accepted in lieu of experience for advanced levels, at a rate of one year relevant education per year of required experience
