Admissions Advisor - Traditional and Student Athletes
Job Description Summary
Cleary University is seeking a knowledgeable, confident, and approachable Admissions Advisor to recruit traditional new students and student athletes through diverse channels. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Enrollment Management, the Admissions Advisor will bring expertise in identifying pipelines and a full understanding of the student lifecycle from the inquiry to enrollment stages. The Admissions Advisor is student-centered with a professional presence, a growth mindset, and an engaging communication style. They engage in authentic conversations with students, parents, counselors and teachers to communicate specifics with Cleary's value to students' goals, and map students' future career opportunities to our programs. A positive, can-do approach to managing multiple tasks under time constraints and with conflicting demands is essential for this role. The successful candidate will be self-directed and intrinsically motivated to achieve enrollment goals and increase revenue streams.
