Description
Under the direction of the Director of Undergraduate Admissions, the admissions counselor supports all activities related to recruiting undergraduate first year students for Colby-Sawyer College. The admissions counselor is a results-oriented person responsible for promoting the College to prospective students, families, school counselors, and other community partners in a variety of settings both on and off campus. The admissions counselor also liaises with the College’s athletic coaches and staff to maintain a regular flow of information and assist with efforts of both offices.
The admissions counselor will travel extensively within an assigned geographic territory during the fall and spring semesters to visit high schools, attend college fairs, and host off-campus recruitment programs sponsored by the College. The admissions counselor will also participate in a wide variety of admissions recruitment functions such as conducting admissions presentations, review of applications, and conduct regular outreach to students.

Colby-Sawyer College is a comprehensive liberal arts-based institution located in the scenic Lake Sunapee area of New Hampshire.
