The Opportunity:
Lesley University seeks an Admissions Office Manager to support the Enrollment Initiative division. This operational and interactive position administratively supports all activities within the Enrollment division which supports undergraduate and graduate admissions, as well as the University’s Threshold program. As a member of the Enrollment Management Team, the Office Manager is expected to uphold the face and image of the University with enrollment related initiatives by always maintaining a professional demeanor and delivering customer service beyond expectations. Reporting to the Assistant Vice President of Enrollment Management the primary objective of the coordinator is to serve as the front line of response to email and phone inquiries. This new team member will handle day-to-day office operations and department needs as well as assist with scheduling of campus visits that may include group campus tours, interviews, portfolio reviews, class visits, faculty meetings, and athletic meetings. The position requires the ability to utilize multiple methods of communicating with inquiries and the applicant pool from initial contact through post visit surveys. This requires the ability to establish collaborative working relationships across the Lesley University community.

Qualities and Capabilities
The successful candidate will have:
Apply Now• A bachelor's degree or extensive administrative experience
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in public customer service, visitor services, or directly with undergraduate and/or graduate
• Basic Microsoft Office proficiency and willingness to expand software management
• A professional and flexible manner with a willingness to work non-traditional hours including evening and weekend availability during peak recruitment
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to Ability to take initiative, problem solve and monitor a detailed schedule of activities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to interact well with a wide range of people and personalities at all levels within and outside the Lesley University community
• The ability to work independently with minimum supervision
