Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Athletics Compliance Office including monitoring, enforcement, education, rules interpretations, and NCAA reporting
Maintain knowledge of new and pending legislation and rules/regulations related to student-athletes, coaches, boosters and university personnel, and disseminate information as appropriate
Ensure departmental compliance with the NCAA and Skyline Conference
Student-athlete clearances
Policy making and strategic planning
Responsibility to ensure issues will be addressed and monitored through conclusion
Serve as home game administrator at assigned events
Other duties as assigned by the Director of Athletics
Bachelor's degree required
Minimally 1-2 years of NCAA compliance experience
Excellent communicator
Well organized and detail oriented
Strong understanding and working knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations
Maintain an understanding and proficiency within LSDBI, the NCAA Eligibility Center and
other compliance software programs
