Responsibilities:
Assistant AD for Outdoor Facility/Marillac Field Responsibilities:
Oversee the scheduling of events and maintenance for Marillac Field.
Ensure day-to-day upkeep and functionality of all equipment.
Report any facility issues to the Facilities and Operations department.
Communicate field hours of operation to relevant offices.
Serve as the Game Day Manager for events held at Marillac Field.
Head Men’s Soccer Coach Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and supervision for all aspects of the men’s soccer program, including development, fundraising, and community service.
Recruit student-athletes who meet admission requirements, meeting annual recruitment goals set by the Athletics Director.
Coordinate recruiting efforts within budget constraints, ensuring compliance with NCAA, Skyline Conference, and College regulations.
Collaborate with the Sports Information Director to promote the men’s soccer program through various media channels.
Ensure student-athletes and coaching staff comply with department and College regulations.
Participate in fundraising activities to support the men’s soccer program and the Athletics Department.
Represent the College at athletics meetings and conferences.
Schedule non-conference games annually.
Monitor the academic progress of student-athletes.
Coordinate community outreach projects to promote CMSV athletics.
Manage the annual operating budget and oversee purchasing.
Work with College and athletic staff to support institutional goals and mission.
Uphold principles of sportsmanship and ethical conduct.
Collaborate with the Athletics Director on long and short-term planning.
Hire, supervise, and train assistant coaches and team managers.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Athletics Director.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree.
Current CPR/AED certification.
Minimum of 2 years’ collegiate-level experience.
Strong understanding of NCAA rules and recruiting practices.
Excellent communication skills.
Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
Availability on weekends and evenings is necessary.
Benefits
The allotted annual salary range for this position is $62,000 - $66,000
