Monmouth University is seeking applications for an Assistant Athletic Director for Academic Support.
The candidate would be expected to: coordinate, organize, and implement the
FLIGHT
Academy mentorship group by supporting student-athlete initial enrollment at the University, as well as providing resources for continuing eligibility and progress towards their degrees; exhibiting the highest professional standards and ethical behavior with adherence to
NCAA
, Coastal Athletic Association (
CAA
), Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (
MEAC
), University and the Department of Intercollegiate Athletics rules and regulations; responsible for academic support to at-risk student-athletes, working primarily with football and basketball programs.
This is an in-person, on-campus, non-remote position.

Bachelor's degree
One (1) year experience in academic support for student-athletes, preferably at a college or university.
Ability to work weekends and nights.
A valid driver’s license in your state of residence and have had no serious violations (Type A) within the past five (5) years and no more than three (3) moving violations (Type B) in the past three (3) years. University Policy found here: Monmouth University Vehicle Use Policy .
Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and/or Photoshop. Coaching or playing experience at Division I level.
