Master’s degree. 5-7 years of experience in NCAA Division 1 collegiate athletic development or related work experience. Effective experience and use of Paciolan and/or Blackbaud products.

| Position Summary |
The Assistant AD for Annual Giving and Strategic Operations manages the day-to-day responsibilities of the annual giving team, as well as data processes for The Georgia Bulldog Club and Ticket Operations teams. Responsible for managing sequencing and strategy for all TGBC annual giving communications. This position will collaborate with data partners across UGAAA and with Paciolan to elevate UGA’s strategic use of data to inform high-level decision making. Oversees a team of four full time staff and two graduate assistants/interns.

- Ability to read and write business correspondence and to communicate proficiently with individuals within and outside the University by telephone and email.
- Ability to effectively respond to questions from a diverse constituency of donors and potential donors.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to interact with individuals at all levels.
- Effective experience and use of Paciolan and/or Blackbaud products.
- Ability to work as a self-starter with strong organizational skills and to work independently and collaboratively with individuals throughout the Athletic Association and the UGA Foundation.
- Ability to prioritize and complete multiple projects to meet deadlines and goals.

- Lead day-to-day annual giving efforts for The Georgia Bulldog Club, including football, men’s and women’s basketball, baseball, and gymnastics.
- Manage internal operations strategy for The Georgia Bulldog Club and lead data management processes with a focus on revenue generation and increasing efficiency. Oversee execution of all TGBC annual giving communications including solicitations, stewardship, and other necessary donor correspondence.
- Work closely with the Assistant AD for Ticket Operations to streamline and standardize processes for season buildouts, item codes, and ticket applications. prospecting, reporting and dashboards, communication segmentation, database tracking and management, and serve as a liaison to external data strategies.

- Provide appropriate coaching and management for execution of annual giving strategy and gift management processes.
- Establish annual fundraising goals.
