Overview
The Assistant Athletic Director for Compliance provides strategic leadership, oversight, and management for the university’s sports compliance program. Reporting directly to the Director of Athletics, this position ensures that all 12 varsity sports programs, staff, boosters, and student-athletes strictly adhere to all NCAA Division II, Gulf South Conference, and institutional regulations. The successful candidate will serve as a key member of the athletics’ senior leadership team.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year institution
Three (3) years of related experience at an NCAA institution or conference office
Valid driver’s license
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree
Previous experience at an NCAA DII institution or conference office
