Reporting to the Athletic Director, this position plays a vital role in the success of the athletic
department. Primary responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of NCAA and Conference
Carolinas compliance regulations and day-to-day operations of the athletic department.

• Coordination of all eligibility squad lists for athletic teams
• Lead continuing education for coaches on NCAA regulations

Reporting to the Athletic Director, this position plays a vital role in the success of the athletic
department. Primary responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of NCAA and Conference
Carolinas compliance regulations and day-to-day operations of the athletic department.

Responsibilities

• Coordination of all eligibility squad lists for athletic teams
• Lead continuing education for coaches on NCAA regulations
• Monitor recruiting of all coaches
• Monitor daily activities of teams to ensure NCAA compliance
• Maintain all compliance needs of Conference Carolinas
• Assists in Title IX violations that occur within the athletic department
• All other duties as assigned by the athletic director.

Qualifications

• A personal relationship with Jesus Christ
• Commitment to Erskine’s vision and mission
• Willingness to offer spiritual support to students and staff
• Exercise exemplary Christian commitment and character at all times
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably a master’s degree
• 3 to 5 years of higher education experience, preferably within college athletics
• Proficiency with NCAA Compliance Assistant and Microsoft Office
• Must possess excellent writing and verbal skills
• Must be able to work independently and meet deadlines
