| Job Summary |
The Athletic Department at Eastern Washington University is currently seeking an Assistant Athletic Director for Equipment Services
This position will have oversight over the athletic department equipment room in servicing the 14 varsity sports, 350 student-athletes and up to 50 staff members at Eastern Washington University, an NCAA Division I athletic program that competes in the Big Sky Conference. A suitable candidate will have primary oversight of the department-wide apparel contract (currently Adidas), as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills.

| Conditions of Employment |

Protective apron, gloves and eye protection, as needed for cleaning/laundry chemicals. University, local, regional and state mandates for public and personal protection should be followed as needed.

| Required Qualifications |
- Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education or a related field.
- Five (5) years of full-time experience in a Division I athletic equipment room, including three (3) years of supervisory experience.
- Experience with contract management of a department-wide apparel agreement.
- Knowledge of NCAA rules & regulations.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Candidate must demonstrate interest, ability and/or experience promoting cultural competency, universal accessibility and/or diversity.

- Knowledge of Big Sky Conference rules & regulations.
- Supervisory experience at the Football Championship Subdivision (FCS) or Football Bowl Subdivision (FBS) level.
