Administration of Intercollegiate Athletics with an emphasis in Home Game Operations and events hosted by the Athletics Department. Directly responsible for all game Operations, Management, Oversight & other strategic initiatives throughout the department. Serves on the Senior Staff of the Athletics Department and works as Sport Administrator for select programs.

Coordinates all game day operations including the hiring of staff/students for all home athletic events. Recruits, trains and supervises game day personnel, including medical personnel, ticket-takers, ushers, and game management staff. Produces game day itineraries for all sports required.

Manages and/or assists with coordinating and hosting Intercollegiate Athletics events with the appropriate campus personnel; alumni gatherings, donor/sixth man events, corporate sponsorship events, Golfing with the Bonnies, Hall of Fame banquet/ceremony.

Approves payroll of non-exempt staff and student workers to minimize overtime through effective scheduling. Supervises the Athletic Operations Coordinator, Operations Graduate Assistant, and Tennis Center Coordinator.

Education:
Years of Experience – (required or preferred number of years and in which specific areas)
| Required: 1-2 years, Preferred 3-5 years of experience in the administration of intercollegiate athletics preferably at the NCAA Division I level.

| Possess exceptionally strong organization, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Handle highly confidential material. The ability to exercise and apply sound judgment and decision making skills as the ability to maintain integrity and confidentiality of data. Remains current, interprets and complies with all Federal, State, NCAA Conference and University rules and regulations pertaining to athletic compliance and other related business operations.

Working Conditions / Physical requirements
| Frequent walking, standing, and other physical activities. Possible travel both locally and nationally. Regular exposure to gym and athletic venues with accompanying hazards. Long, irregular work hours including evening, weekend and holiday hours. Will need to be available evenings and weekends.
