Description
Wilmington College, an NCAA Division III four-year private institution in Wilmington, Ohio, invites applications for the position of Assistant Athletic Director for Facilities & Operations. This is a full-time (12 month) position with excellent benefits. Salary is commensurate with experience
Assist the Wilmington College (WC) Intercollegiate Athletic Department to achieve the parallel goals of development of quality, competitive athletic teams; supporting the individual academic and personal goals of our student-athletes; the efficient management of personnel, budgetary, facility and equipment resources available to the college's athletic department
Responsibilities
Analyze event market trends and sports facility utilization. Perform cost analysis if needed.
Attend and participate on various campus committees.
Participate in athletic department fundraising and development activities and functions.
Participate in athletic department marketing and promotional activities and functions.
Perform general office duties including copying, scanning, and filing.
Troubleshoot and resolve problems.
Other duties as assigned by the Senior Director of Athletics.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred. At least three years of responsible related experience or equivalent.
Strong organizational and personal skills.
Ability to make independent, informed decisions in a demanding environment.
Ability to communicate effectively across multiple, diverse constituencies.
Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations.
