What We Are Looking For
The Assistant Athletic Director for Governance and Regulatory Affairs provides strategic leadership and oversight of the University's athletics compliance program, ensuring adherence to NCAA, Big 12 Conference, College Sports Commission (CSC)/House Settlement, and institutional rules and regulations. This position serves as a trusted compliance advisor to assigned sport programs and campus stakeholders, promoting a culture of integrity while managing complex regulatory matters, education initiatives, athletics admissions, and student-athlete eligibility processes. The Assistant AD partners across the University to support compliance with financial aid, roster management, Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL), and evolving collegiate athletics legislation.
A bachelor's degree with 3 years of experience is required.
