Our Athletic Department is accepting applications for the position of Asistant Athletic Director for Marketing, Outreach, & Operations. This full-time, 12-month role is responsible for planning, implmenting, and managing all aspects of the Athletic Department's annual giving initiatives.
This is an in-person position based in Rindge, NH.
Duties specific to the Assistant Athletic Director for Marketing/Outreach/Operations include:
Educational Requirements
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher education in post-secondary education, business or related field or an equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience.
Other Required Qualifications
Current, valid and unrestricted driver's license
Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship
Preferred Experience
Two (2) years of experience in a development office, donor relations, fundraising, or related field.
Demonstrates ability to lead and motivate staff.
Provides innovative ideas for marketing, sales, and fan experience.
Employs marketing strategies (radio, television, social media, digital, etc.) that grow inbound, outbound, group and premium sales efforts.
