The Assistant Athletic Director – Internal Operations will provide primary oversight and monitor the day-to-day activities of all sports and staff to ensure compliance with assigned NCAA bylaws, PAC bylaws, and Thiel College policies. Additional responsibilities include overseeing, directing, and managing facilities requests, department budgets, academic success, recruitment, retention, and student-athlete experience.
