The Assistant AD maintains regular contact with all 25 NCAA Division III teams and provides information to the media, the campus, and the public.
The Assistant AD serves as a member of the senior team for the Athletic Department to advance its mission, vision, and strategic plan. This position advocates for the needs and interests of the student-athlete within the Department and the College; leads the collaborative efforts and partnerships for the department with multiple College departments; and executes initiatives and special projects for the Athletic Department and the College.

Language Skills
Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to effectively provide information and positively respond to questions from both external and internal customers both in person and by phone. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Mathematical Skills
Proficient with statistical and financial concepts. Must have the ability to apply those concepts to tracking, projections, goal setting and interpreting reports. Must be able to draw conclusions from reports and make cost effective decisions regarding programs.

At least two years of experience in Sports Information (or related field) at the collegiate level; Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
