Facilities Management:
Apply NowMeets with athletics facilities Landscape Management, Custodial, and Building Maintenance personnel monthly to discuss upcoming scheduled events and coverage needs. Event Coordination:
Coordinates the logistics of game day events, including staffing, security, ticketing, concessions, parking, and fan experience.
Collaborates with key stakeholders to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all student-athletes, coaches, fans, and guests.
Coordinates with NCAA and conference stakeholders to oversee the proper hosting of game officials. Administrative Functions:
Works closely with the Executive Director of Athletics to oversee all athletics’ capital projects.
Oversees the recruitment, hiring, and compliance of all part-time staff, including managing the part-time staff budget.
Contributes to the development and execution of the department’s strategic plan and goals.
POSITION DETAILS, COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS: Full-time professional staff (overtime-exempt) position. Annual salary of $51,000-$56,500, depending on qualifications and experience. Desired start date of July/August 2024 .
