Bryant & Stratton College is seeking a Temporary Assistant Athletic Director.  This temporary position will help assist the current Athletic Director with leaves on campus. 

Assists the Athletics Director with:

• Expense and scholarship budgets.
• Academic support plans
• Participation in on-campus activities to support retention and referral outcomes.
• Participation with Career Services in the transfer of student athlete graduates to four-year colleges.
• Behavior management programs.
• Community service activities each term.
• Ensuring the sports program enhances the brand of the College.

Bryant & Stratton College is seeking a Temporary Assistant Athletic Director.  This temporary position will help assist the current Athletic Director with leaves on campus. 

Assists the Athletics Director with:

• Behavior management programs.
• Community service activities each term.
• Ensuring the sports program enhances the brand of the College.
• Conditioning program for the student athletes.

Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Participates in on-campus activities to support retention and referral outcomes.
• In coordination with the Athletic Director, prepares the season schedule.
• In coordination with the Athletic Director, adheres to the budget guidelines, processes all necessary purchase orders and inventory, organizes and obtains all necessary equipment and supplies.

Qualifications & Position Requirements

• Associates Degree, Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• First aid/CPR certification is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, planning and leadership skills required.
• Must be able to serve as a positive role model for young adults.
• Familiarity with USCAA rules and regulations is a plus.
• Good driving record is preferred

Salary:

$52,000

Please note that the compensation information is a good faith estimate of the base pay for this position. Information about the total compensation package for this position will be provided during the interview process.
