Westminster College is a member of NCAA DIII St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SLIAC), and the Upper Midwest Athletic Conference (UMAC). The athletic department staff supports the Mission of Westminster College by enhancing the educational process through intercollegiate play. We provide our student-athletes the opportunity for leadership and service through a diverse program of instruction and competition. Our programs are run in accordance with the rules and regulations of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA), the SLAC and UMAC.
This position is a full time, exempt, 10-month renewable contract from August-May. The pay for this position is $50,000 and is paid through PEAK Sport and Spine. All Athletic Trainers are contracted through PEAK Sport and Spine and are not direct employees of Westminster College.

Essential Functions:
Event Coverage Requirements:
The Assistant Athletic Trainer will be required to cover all home competitions for their assigned teams. Travel is not required for regular season play, but is required for all post-season competitions. Practice coverage is not required.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday Westminster Sports Medicine Clinic treatment hours. Occasional weekend home-event coverage required.
Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university required. Master's Degree preferred.
Licensure: Missouri Athletic Training Licensure. BOC Certification. CPR/AED/First Aid Certification and/or EMT Certification.
