Position Summary:

The Athletics Department is actively seeking a Certified Athletic Trainer for an immediate start. This 10-month position, compensated over 12 months, plays a pivotal role in injury prevention, evaluation, management/treatment of athletic injuries, short and long-term rehabilitation, and documentation of athletic injuries. Effective communication is crucial for coordinating care with physicians, coaching staff, and the strength & conditioning team.

The ideal candidate will exhibit a passion for athletic training, coupled with a strong work ethic, flexibility, resourcefulness, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

The Assistant Athletic Trainer must work both independently and collaboratively within the athletic training team. Availability for evening and weekend work, as well as travel to away competitions, is essential.
