Serve as a liaison for the medical care and well-being between student-athletes, coaches, physicians, healthcare providers, and sports medicine staff. Update and maintain accurate medical records for individual student-athletes including medical history, physical exam forms, daily injury reports, and progress notes. Responsible for the operation and implementation of preseason physicals.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

• Master's degree required
• BOC certified
• Indiana License or ability to attain
• CPR/First Aid certified
