This position exists for the purpose of providing leadership to the athletics program at Lancaster Bible College in the areas of athletics communications and external operations.

Education and Experience:Â
A bachelorâs degree is required. Masterâs degree preferred

Duties/Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all aspects of Athletics Communications and www.lbcchargers.com, including regular updates to rosters, schedules, and results.
Ensure accurate and timely statistics and records for all sports, including coordination with opposing institutions.
Write and publish game recaps, feature stories, and news updates for all sports programs.
Manage visual and multimedia content across all social media platforms to promote LBC Athletics.
Support development and implementation of the departmentâs external branding and communications strategy.
Manage all aspects of revenue generation for the Athletics Department, including but not limited to corporate sponsorships, youth camps, facility rentals, and special events.
Develop and implement strategies to grow new and existing revenue streams aligned with departmental goals.
Lead all corporate partnership efforts, including prospecting, proposals, negotiation, and stewardship.
Build, maintain, and grow relationships with local and regional sponsors and business partners.
Collaborate with Institutional Advancement on alumni engagement and fundraising strategy specific to Athletics.
Maintain and cultivate a robust alumni database for Athletics; coordinate communications, giving campaigns, and engagement events.
Build strategic partnerships with alumni and external contacts to support career development and job placement for student-athletes.
Serve as game administrator at select LBC Athletics home events.
Ensure professional execution of game day operations, including hospitality, media relations, and staffing.
Serve as a key member of the Athletics leadership team, contributing to strategic planning and operational success.
Ensure compliance with all NCAA Division III rules and institutional policies.
Attend weekly department meetings and contribute to campus-wide committees as assigned.
Uphold and promote the mission, values, and standards of Lancaster Bible College and the Athletics Department.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director of Athletics.
