3. Continuously evaluate existing finance and accounting processes to identify areas for improvement and create tools for more timely analysis and operational efficiencies
4. Analyze financial informationfor the purpose of identifying potential budget variances, compiling statistical information, developing procedures
5. Assist Associate AD for Business Operations with compilation and EADA/NCAA Financial reporting process and external auditor review of the agreed-upon procedures
6. Prepare ad hoc financial reports as requested
7. Onboard all new staff on business processes, submitting expenses, and general best practices
8. Work directly with Chief of Staff to ensure policy and procedure manuals are kept up to date
9. Serve asaday-to-dayresource for administrators and team staff for finance-related inquiries
10. Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or quantitative field is necessary.
• Advance ability to use Data Visualization software such as Tableau, PowerBI, or similar is necessary
• Exposure to enterprise level accounting software (Oracle, etc.) is preferred.
• 4+ years of financial operations experience in the sports industry (collegiate or professional) is preferred.
