Assistant Athletics Director for Compliance
The Assistant Athletics Director for Compliance will work closely with the Athletics Director, athletics administration, athletics department staff, and coaching staffs coordinating and leading all aspects of an NCAA compliance and rules education program. They will serve as the institutional contact on all NCAA compliance and eligibility issues and other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Athletics related to NCAA compliance. This position may also serve as the Senior Woman Administrator.
The Assistant AD for Compliance will ensure that collaborative and constructive relationships are maintained with university partners, with respect to academics and compliance, student support, student well-being programing, financial aid, Title IX and gender equity assessment to insure optimal outcomes for student athletes, athletic programs and the university at large. This position may also serve as Deputy Title IX Coordinator for Augustana and will provide direct oversight of select sports programs and support services, including the supervision of head coaches and their staff while serving as a member of the athletics department senior staff.
