Supervisory Responsibilities: The Assistant AD for Development/ Eagle Club Director is responsible for executing fundraising initiatives while directing all aspects of the Eagle Club and overseeing Corporate Relations.
Summary Description: Oversee Corporate Sponsorship. Oversee all workers regarding annual fund-raising initiatives Oversee staff, students, outside workers or volunteers who contribute to revenue generation initiatives. All oversight will include, but is not limited to, recruitment, training, monitoring, development, and regular evaluation of performance.

Essential Functions:
Education: Bachelor’s degree required but Master’s degree preferred
Experience: Professional experience may substitute for some of the required education. 3-5 years of progressive experience in sports marketing and event management, preferably at a NCAA or NAIA institution or professional sports organization.
Required Skills: All employees are required to be a professing Christian Evidence of an active role in a local church is expected and employee can advance our Christian mission. Significant skill in the use of computer software and social media platforms An understanding of NCAA rules and regulations Effective communication and organizational skills, including experience in event marketing, sales, advertising and promotions Ability to work nights, weekends, and some holidays Demonstrated ability to work with diverse populations Training available for otherwise qualified candidate Basic Working Knowledge of fundraising software (Slate, Raiser’s Edge, other).
