Responsibilities:

• Assist the Head Coach in all aspects of the baseball program, including recruiting, practice planning, game preparation, and player development.
• Ensure compliance with all NCAA, conference, and institutional rules and regulations.
• Assist with fundraising and community outreach efforts.
• Collaborate with other coaches and staff members to ensure the success of the athletics program.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Head Coach or Athletic Director.

Skills:

The successful candidate will use their coaching and leadership skills to assist the Head Coach in all aspects of the baseball program. They will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with student-athletes, coaches, and staff members from diverse backgrounds. They will also need to have knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations to ensure compliance. Additionally, the ability to recruit and develop student-athletes, use video analysis and other technology, and work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment will be beneficial in this role.
