Job Description

This position is responsible to the head baseball coach for providing coaching expertise to the intercollegiate baseball program; assist with the effective management and administration of all aspects relating to a positive and beneficial intercollegiate experience for student-athletes.1. Teaching and coaching student-athletes to develop and acquire the tactical, technical, and physical knowledge required to be a competitive Division I intercollegiate level student-athlete. Responsible for offense skill instruction and development during individual and team practices, and competition.2. Compose scouting reports. Coordinate practice set-up related to the practice plan.3. Assist with recruitment of prospective student-athletes.4. Liaison with equipment room staff. Other duties as assigned.

Bachelor’s degreeCollegiate coaching baseball experience
