Assistant Baseball Coach

Lycoming College is hiring a part-time Assistant Baseball Coach!

This position works collaboratively in the organization and execution of athletic practices and competitive events for the Lycoming College Baseball team. This person will also assist with some recruitment responsibilities for new student athletes.

This is a part-time position that begins in January and works through May for an average of 450 hours annually for a total of $3,262.50. There is also potential for low-rent housing to be made available for the individual selected for this role. There is an option of incurring more hours in the upcoming fiscal year in July.

What are we looking for? - Bachelor’s degree required (expected competition date of 6.1.26) or an equivalent of 3+ years coaching experience. - College level coaching and playing experience preferred. - Effective in strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Experience with student recruiting preferred. - Travel is required for the position as is a good standing driving record with a valid US driver’s license. - Weekend and evening work required.
