Under the direction of the head coach, the assistant coach will assist in all phases of the program, including off-campus recruiting, assisting with practice and conditioning activities, skill development, scheduling of opponents, film breakdown, academic monitoring of student-athletes, public relations, adherence to rules compliance, participation in clinics and summer camps and professional expectations.
Hiring Range:
Commensurate with qualifications and experience.
Pay is based on several factors, including budget, labor market, prior experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and/or certification and other business considerations.

Evidence of successful participation as an athlete at a highly competitive level.
Evidence of 2 years head coaching experience at an NCAA Division I or II institution
Evidence of 2 years of assistant or volunteer coaching position at an NCAA Division I institution
Evidence of successful experience in coaching and recruiting baseball at a competitive intercollegiate level.
Evidence of compatibility with the philosophy of intercollegiate athletics at North Dakota State University
Experience in conducting camps, clinics and tournaments.
