Conference), and women’s equestrian (National Collegiate Equestrian Association). This is a 12-month, full-time, benefits-eligible position.

KEY

RESPONSIBILITIES

:

Assist the head coach in all phases of the baseball program. This position will be responsible for assisting in recruiting qualified student-athletes, on-the-field coaching, specifically pitchers, public relations, team travel, conditioning and camps.

MINIMUM

QUALIFICATIONS

:

Bachelor’s degree completed by date of application;

At least one-year collegiate baseball coaching or three years of related high-level baseball coaching;

Commitment to promote an atmosphere of compliance and adherence to institutional, conference and

NCAA

rules and regulations;

Effective written communication skills;

Demonstrated organizational and time management skills;

Effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills;

Proven career path.

PREFERRED

QUALIFICATIONS

:

Master’s degree;

Division I collegiate coaching experience;

Understanding of

NCAA

Division I rules and regulations;

Experience with player development with pitching experience; and

Demonstrated ability of student-athlete recruitment process, with emphasis on Midwest;

Division I coaching experience; and

Summer camp experience.
