Join our Athletic Department as an Assistant Baseball Coach also assisting in areas of recruitment and retention. This position will also manage the athletic fields and supervise mowing and irrigation needs.

Education Required

• Undergraduate degree required.

Experience Required

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of the needs of today’s student athlete.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Experience with athletic fields upkeep.

Duties

• Assist with practice and game-day duties relating to player enhancement and development.
• Work within a specific position group within the program.
• Assist in finding potential recruits.
• Manage all athletic fields on campus and supervise the operations graduate assistant
• Take care of all field needs as they arise and oversee ordering replacement parts for equipment or fields.
