UNF is seeking an Assistant Coach, Baseball to assist with all aspects of the men’s baseball program, including the recruitment of qualified athletes, the coaching and instruction of student-athletes, monitoring and supporting academic progress and progression toward a degree, alumni and donor engagement, and more:

  • Identifies and recruits academically and athletically talented student-athletes. Coaches the team, with special attention given to the development of:

  • Designs practice schedules and can run practices – progressions & routines.

  • Promotes individual player development and team culture. Aligned with the program’s and university’s core values/mission.

  • Assists in monitoring academic, social, and personal development of baseball student- athletes. Additionally, assists in coordinating team academic needs and study halls on the road.

  • Assists in coordinating team community service efforts.
